What began as a hot tamale business became a full gourmet food business with products sold at three locations. Pam Warner's special brand of home cooking features chemical-free, locally-sourced, healthy foods sold fresh or freshly-frozen, ready to thaw and eat. The menu includes Warner's famous grass-fed beef tamales as well as vegetarian, including various combinations of beets, beans, chick peas, eggplant, garlic and artichoke. Sides and dishes include salsas, dips, soups, grits, chicken pot pie, meatloaf, various gourmet pasta dishes, buttermilk pie, and more. Tessier Gourmet Fine Foods can still be found at Covington Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, and Monday through Saturday at her stores in Folsom and downtown Covington, where you'll also find local honey and Linnea's Candles, a line of kitchen aroma-themed candles, among other great gifts.
