Chef Dwight Henry bakes mouthwatering cake and yeast doughnuts--covered in glaze, powdered sugar, frosting and other toppings--and jelly, custard or fruit filled confections. Also on the menu are fritters, cupcakes, butter-garlic topped, savory kolaches and the chef's popular buttermilk drops. Open daily, 5-11am, but be sure to get there early!
