Co-owner and managing partner Desi Vega has partnered with longtime friends Shawn Breaud and Shane Songy, owners of Après Lounge, to bring a memorable dining and nightlife scene to the Northshore. Vega was raised in the restaurant business, groomed by such culinary stars as Ella Brennan of Commander’s Palace, Ruth Fertel of Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and Emeril Lagasse.
