Take a step back in time with a day of family fun and little country Christmas! Bring the family to the heart of St. Tammany's horse country as Santa arrives in a horse-drawn wagon in the Folsom Horse and Wagon Christmas Parade, Saturday, December 9, 2023.

Parade-goers will enjoy the Antique Tractor Exhibit and contests for Most Original Wagon, Best Dressed Horse & Rider, caroling and, of course, Santa Claus!

The parade begins at 1 p.m., participants should line up at 12 p.m. Parking for participants will be located off of Highway 40 West, just outside of Folsom. See image in event photos on this page for parade route. Directional signs will be placed on the day of the parade.

The parade is always held on the second Saturday in December, weather permitting. In the event of rain (or snow!), the parade will be held on the following Saturday.
