Visit The Northshore is proud to officially launch year two of Shore & Tell University, welcoming 18 dedicated professionals into the 2026 class of its Hospitality Ambassador program.
Designed to strengthen destination knowledge and elevate customer-service excellence across St. Tammany Parish, Shore & Tell University is a year-long professional development program that equips participants with the tools, connections, and insight needed to represent Louisiana’s Easy Escape with confidence and pride.
Last month, the Class of 2026 began their journey as Hospitality Ambassadors, committing to deepen their understanding of The Northshore’s attractions, accommodations, venues, and experiences, all while investing in their own professional growth within the region’s thriving tourism industry.
