Visit The Northshore is proud to announce the inaugural class of 2025 Shore & Tell University graduates, a group of hospitality professionals who have completed the destination’s first immersive ambassador training program.

Shore & Tell University is a 12-month professional development initiative designed to strengthen hospitality leadership and destination advocacy across St. Tammany Parish. Participants engaged in hands-on experiences at local attractions and completed educational sessions focused on local culture, tourism branding and marketing, customer service excellence, social inclusion, and effective destination storytelling — all with the goal of becoming stronger ambassadors for The Northshore.

A special thank you is also extended to Ashley Llewellyn, Vice President of the St. Tammany Economic Development Corporation, who served as keynote speaker and shared powerful insights on workforce development, hospitality, and the importance of investing in people.
