Under her leadership, Visit The Northshore's Shore to Be campaign strengthened positive perceptions of the destination while increasing brand awareness, consumer engagement, repeat visitation and cross-parish spending. She has also helped bring the destination's brand to life through innovative storytelling, including the launch of the award-winning All the Waves Podcast, a redesigned destination website and collaborative community marketing initiatives.
Beyond campaign success, Guasco is recognized for cultivating a culture of collaboration, creativity and mentorship. By investing in the professional growth of her team, she has empowered emerging marketing professionals to innovate, lead and deliver award-winning work. Under her leadership, Visit The Northshore's marketing team has earned recognition from the Louisiana Travel Association, Southeast Tourism Society and the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) for standout work, including the Shore to Be campaign, All the Waves Podcast and The Northshore Visitor Guide.
Guasco will be recognized at the Ragan Top Women in Marketing Awards Luncheon on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at the Yale Club in New York City, where she will be honored alongside marketing leaders from across the country.
