Pick your pasta, your sauce and your topping, and dine in or carry out--lunch, dinner or dessert. The staff will make it for you or you can buy a bag to cook at home! Six pasta shapes and six sauces are served in handy take-out boxes with chopsticks so you can carry out or eat in the cozy dining area.

Prima means "first" in Italian. Après means "after" in French. Prima Après is the marriage of Italian pasta and pavlova, a decadent French dessert.

House-made pastas include spaghetti, mafalda, radiatori, orechiette, trene and gemelli; sauces include bolognese, marinara, cacio e pepe, vodka, butter and parmesan or buttery lemon; and toppings include parmigiano reggiano, pecorino romano, bread crumbs, olives, red pepper flakes or crispy prosciutto. 

Pavlova is a French meringue made from whipped egg whites and sugar and baked until crispy, then served with fresh whipped cream, vanilla bean ice cream and your choice of eight toppings.
