LOPA's headquarters houses the independent, nonprofit agency on nine waterfront acres in a central location, ideal for 50-125 attendees in a classroom-style configuration. A separate lounge area, adjacent catering kitchen, and AV capabilities including two projectors with multiple screens, TVs, speakers, microphones and cameras are available. The Morganza Boardroom will accommodate up to 24 attendees with adjacent buffet service area, table-top monitors and white boards. Catering may be brought in, and beverage service is available.
