Dinner features pork ribeye, steak ribeye, grilled or blackened chicken breast or fish of the day, hamburger with fried egg, soft-shelled crab served over corn grits, thin-fried catfish, Cajun chicken parmesan, and of course, étouffée, the family's special recipe from Cut Off, Louisiana--a hearty Cajun stew served over rice, with choice of crawfish or Gulf shrimp.

Naturally, gumbo is on the menu, as well as corn & crab bisque and crawfish boil soup, and on the lighter side, salads topped with seared Ahi tuna, lump crabmeat, pan-fried crab cake and more.
